FAQ's

1) Can I have a printed catalogue sent to me?

Unfortunately, we no longer produce printed catalogues. The saving from this has of course been passed on to you, the Customer, in the form of cheaper prices for our clothing.

We will shortly be producing a PDF version of our clothing range for your convenience.

2) What is your minimum order for a wholesale clothing purchase?

We have now removed our minimum order to allow samples to be purchased online.
Therefore, there is no minimum order. You are welcome to order 1 plain t-shirt, 5 poloshirts or 500 hooded tops. The choice is yours.

3) What are your delivery times and charges?

As of 31st October 2015; 95% of our orders placed (this Year 2016) before 1pm were dispatched the same day. Please note, this is subject to Cleared Payment & Stock. We often dispatch orders received up till 3pm UK time, but unfortunately cannot make any guarantees regarding this.

All orders being delivered to a UK Mainland address are dispatched on a Next Working Day service unless advised otherwise. Samples maybe sent 1st Class Royal Mail.

The cost of Delivery is dependent on weight. As a rough guide a box of clothing (100 t-shirts approx) may cost around £5.99 to deliver to one UK Mainland address. International deliveries start at £15-30 per Box depending on Country. All delivery charges are shown before any transaction takes place. We are happy to provide quotes for delivery for non-UK orders.

4) Can I speak to someone regarding purchasing your Clothing?

Please note, this website has been created to take orders 24 hours a days 7 days a week. If you have a clothing manufacturing order we would be happy to discuss your requirements and put you in touch direct with the factory.

We have tried to include as much information as possible on our website, if the information required is not available please send us an email or order samples. There is no substitute for physical samples.

We supply wholesale only and are not a retail store, our low trade prices reflect this.

5) Do we need to have a registered company to order for you?

No.
But please note, we supply Trade Only, hence a company name will be required. This is used for our records and delivery purposes only. We welcome orders from sole traders, clubs & startups, schools, colleges, universities. Login is NOT required to use the website and place an Order.

6) How can I obtain a quote as I don't understand the pricing structure?

Example;
"Sample £3.00, Pack £2.00, Case £1.00
Pack/Case Quantity : 10/100
Price breaks apply to multiple purchases of the same colour and size only
"

This means that if you enter a quantity less than 10 you will be charged the SAMPLE rate of £3.00 per item.
If you enter a quanity between 10 and 99 you will be charged the PACK rate of £2.00 (giving you a discount of £1.00 per item on the sample rate.)

Please note, this applies to clothing of the same size & colour per style. In this example, to achieve the PACK discount you must order between 10 to 99pcs of the SAME colour AND size. This is due to way the clothing is manufactured and stored in the warehouse.

If you are still unsure of the prices and would like a quote, simply add the require garments to the online cart. This will show you a total price.

7) I would like to see samples of your clothing?

Sample prices are shown with each garment and can be ordered online. You are welcome to order as many samples as required before placing your final order. We are confident of our product. We may not charge you for the sample(s) based on us receiving a genuine wholesale order within 2 months of receipt of sample. This is at our discretion.

8) What are your payment methods?

We accept all major UK Credit & Debit Card online, except American Express.
If paying by Card we can only dispatch to the Card Statement Address. Please enter your delivery & invoice address EXACTLY as it appears on your Card Statement to prevent any unnecessary delays.

Our other payment methods are Bank Transfer(£)(euro), Cheque(£), PayPal.
We always recommend Bank Transfer using your order number/company name as a reference. Faster Payments accepted, ask your Bank. This is normally free and will allow us to receive your payment a lot quicker.

If sending a Cheque please note, the cheque will take a couple of days to arrive at our Accounts Dept and from there it will need to be posted to our Bank. Goods will only be despatched on clearance. Always include your order number with your Cheque.

9) Does your clothing contain branded neck labels?

Only our Earth Positive garments contain branded neck labels to prove their environmental credentials. The rest of the garments may just contain a small size label in the neck, these garments are stated as 'Unbranded' on our website. This makes these garments ideal for adding your own branded neck labels. Please order samples first to ensure the garments meet your requirements.
