| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We always recommend ordering Samples first. We accept Credit/Debit Card payment, Cheque or direct Bank Transfer. All goods are sold on a TRADE basis. Cheques should be posted along with Purchase Order to: Despatch Office 1, Europeanwear, PO Box 464, EDGWARE HA8 5WY, United Kingdom - Please make cheques payable to 'Europeanwear'. Returned or represented cheques are charged at £30 per representation. Please allow an extra 4-5 days delivery for cheque clearance. Always write your order number on the reverse of the cheque. We accept ALL major UK Debit and Credit Cards. etc. All card transactions are processed off-line and not over the Internet for additional security. | Shipping And Handling Items not in stock - See Back Orders Single Range - within 2-5 working days ANY Mixed Ranges - (i.e SC with other Garments. i.e SC & NXX) - From 5 days. Please order different ranges in separate orders. We reserve the right to cancel any such items from orders without prior notice. Goods are sent on the assumption that the business premises is available to take receipt of the delivery within normal working hours, Monday to Friday. You should liase continuously with the courier to ensure your request is dealt with efficiently for any redeliveries as each delivery attempt is charged at £6.50. We cannot be held responsible for costs incurred on returned parcels even if the customer is not at fault. To recuperate our loss on this we will charge twice the courier charge to re-send. Please note, redeliveries are NOT our responsibility so please ensure you are at your premises to take receipt of the delivery. Unfortunately, orders can no longer be collected directly from our warehouses by customers. Cost for despatch is calculated and shown before any transaction takes place. Approximate costs are as follows: £5.00 min to £8.95 minimum and then £4.99 per case thereafter for UK Mainland next day delivery. Next working day delivery is guaranteed for case quantities only subject to availability and on request only. |
| Delivery Schedule Please contact us prior to ordering to check stock if your order is urgent. Email : despatch@europeanwear.com It is the customers responsibility to ensure that Europeanwear is aware of any deadline for receipt of goods. Email : sales[at]europeanwear[dot]com with your order number. Will will attempt NOT to send you your Order should we not be able to meet this deadline so please ensure this is the latest date possible. Deliveries should be checked carefully to ensure the number of packages you are asked to sign for, has been delivered. We cannot take responsibility for non-delivered packages if the full consignment has been signed for. Deliveries should be checked for accuracy as we cannot accept returns that have been decorated. Europeanwear must be informed of all errors with order, all be it late arrival or errors in order within 2 working days of receipt of goods. Please note, redeliveries are NOT our responsibility so please ensure you are at your premises to take receipt of the delivery. Goods are sent on the assumption that someone is ALWAYS available to take receipt. Goods despatched to a third party are at the customers own risk. | Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. Europeanwear reserves the right to refuse cancellation of back ordered items whatever the reason. This maybe that the items are awaiting despatch from one of our warehouses, or are in transit either from our warehouse and/or to the customers. We do not charge extra delivery on back ordered items unless stated otherwise. Back ordered items are sent in due course, you should contact us with details of when these items are required if your order is urgent. We cannot offer a 2 week delivery time on back ordered goods. If you only require complete orders you should make this clear at the time of ordering. We cannot accept returns of items already received due to incomplete orders. Back ordered items are FULLY charged for at the same time. This allows the items to be reserved for you and sent at no additional carriage charges. |

| Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. When purchasing online, please ensure that the Delivery Address supplied is that of where your card is registered. Failure to do so will result in a delay to your order. We only send goods to the registered card holders address for extra security. |

| Returns Policy Garments may be returned only if incorrectly supplied if we are notified within 48hours of receipt. Samples (Printed or Plain) should be first ordered to check requirements. Please contact Customer Services in writing (fax or post) for a returns authorisation before dispatching goods. Under no circumstances can we accept return of garments that have been decorated, even if wrongly supplied. Please check deliveries thoroughly before decorating. It is your responsibility to ensure that the decorater of the goods is aware of this if being sent direct. Europeanwear must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of goods of any errors. Garments cannot be returned due to late delivery. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that Europeanwear is aware of any deadline for receipt of goods if required within 2 weeks. 2 weeks delivery is NOTguaranteed. Orders including Samples are non-returnable due to the high admin costs involved, even if faulty. Garments are manufacturer in bulk and inspected before shipped from the factory. Occasionally however, a garment may vary from normal or contain a fault. If samples are to be used for production, Europeanwear kindly suggests such customers buy their goods from retail stores where returns are processed easily and swiftly. Please order samples to first check sizes, colours, prints and ANY other requirements as garments can NOT be returned due to these issues.
