Due to the complexity of embroidery, it is not always possible to calculate the exact number of stitches within a design. Once the design has been digitized, we can confirm the stitch count. It must therefore be accepted that any costs given are as a guidance only and that it may be necessary to adjust costs at the time of invoice.
Customer's own disc's - Europeanwear can accept no responsibility for the quality of embroidery should customers supply their own embroidery disc. Disc's that have been digitized for flat work, will not usually be suitable for cap embroidery. We strongly recommend that customers request a pre production sample, which is chargable, prior to full production.Headwear Printing

GENERAL INFORMATION
Artwork
Artwork from rough copy, letterheads, business cards etc., will be quoted additionally.
If colour separated film positives (step & repeated) to eaxct size are supplied, or if artwork is supplied on disc in Adobe Illustrator 6, saved as; vector based illustrator eps. Setups are a once only cost. We only charge a £5 re-set fee.
Logo Size
Maximum (approx.) print / embroidery size on 6 panel caps is 60 x 120, 5 panel caps is 55 x 120, Visors and Headbands 40 x 120mm. If the same design/logo is printed in two sizes they must be treated as two different designs. Individual designs may bring size restrictions of their own.
Logo Colours
Please provide a colour swatch or quote PMS or Thread colour references. All due care will be taken to ensure print and embroidery colour used match reference numbers as closely as possible.
However, due to the nature of various materials, it is often impossible to obtain a 100% match. All materials print differently and if your logo is being applied to two different styles in the same order, variation in colour may occur. Light colours on dark fabrics normally require additional "white behind", this is costed as an extra colour.
Plastisol inks mixed to a Pantone® formula on the PMS Chart of Coasted and Uncoated colours will result in a match with uncoated (PMS "U") colours. If you wish to match you print job to coated (PMS "C") colours then this must be clearly specified on your order.
Imprints, Logo, Trademarks
Imprints, logos or trademarks displayed on products with our printed and online catalogue are for the purpose of showing our capabilities only, These designs are not available for sale to anyone other than expressly authorised by the owner of such designs.
It is taken as implicit in the acceptance of all printing and embroidery orders, that the customer is either the copyright holder or an authorised user licensed by the copyright holder and that the customer will indemnify Europeanwear in full against any claim for infringement that may arise.©EUROPEANWEAR
