DELIVERY INFO FOR PAYMENT BY CARD - IMPORTANT
1) When payment is received by Card we ONLY despatch to the Card Statement Address. Your order WILL be delayed if your delivery address is not exactly as it appears on your Card Statement.
2) We do NOT accept payment by Card for orders OUTSIDE the UK.
You are welcome to pay via BANK TRANSFER or CHEQUE(£). Always use your Company Name as a reference.

The fee of £8.95 for orders within the UK includes a sample handling fee.

Please note, to keep our delivery charges competitve and simple all delivery charges are quoted from the UK regardless of the destination country.
Single Ranges - within 5 working days*
Mixed Ranges - 5 to 15 working days*. (e.g SC Clothing & Softfeel)You are advised to order each range in a separate order.
Goods are sent on the assumption that the business premises is available to take receipt of the delivery within normal working hours, Mon - Fri. For redeliveries you should liase continuously with the courier to ensure your request is dealt with efficiently . We cannot be held responsible for costs incurred on returned parcels even if the customer is not at fault. To recuperate our loss on this we will charge twice the carriage charge to re-send.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All delivery times and costs are approximate and delivery subject to customs clearance. Please ensure you have read the procedure for payment of orders outside the UK as above.
It is NOT possible to mix brands on International orders. Any such items will be deleted from your order. i.e ONLY order Softfeel garments in one order. Any other ranges must be requested in a seperate order.
STOCK TAKE CLOSURES - ORDER DELAYS
We will be closed on the following dates for stock takes. Any orders placed during this period of time may subject to a delay until reopening.
