Artwork must be sent on a CD-ROM in any Apple Mac compatible format. However, our up to date software and equipment allows us to receive artwork in most of todays popular formats. For each colour in an artwork a film positive needs to be produced which acts as a stencil in the screen making process. Design & Seperation work, when required: £47 per hour Film Positive : A5 £9.50 / A4 £12.50 / A3 £16 / A2 £21 Once the films have been produced we attach them to light sensitive screens. When exposed to ultra violet, the opaque areas of the film shields the screen and stops it from being exposed in these areas. Each screen we produce is charged at £27, the number of screens corresponding directly to the number of colours in the artwork. Once used, we archive these screen for a period of 6months, after which a remake fee of £14 is payable per screen.
