However, these are normally dispatched within 5 working days or a next working day service. Deliveries should be checked carefully to ensure the number of packages you are asked to sign for, has been delivered. We cannot take responsibility for non-delivered packages if the full consignment has been signed for. Deliveries should be checked for accuracy as we cannot accept returns that have been decorated. Unfortunately, orders can no longer be collected directly from our warehouses. Cost for despatch is calculated and shown before any transaction takes place. Approximate costs are as follows: £8.99 minimum order and £4.99 per case thereafter for UK next day delivery. Next UK working day delivery is guaranteed for case quantities only subject to availability. more info.. Returns Policy Garments may be returned only if incorrectly supplied. Samples should be first ordered to check requirements. Please contact Customer Services in writing (fax or post, NOT email) for a returns authorisation before dispatching goods. Under no circumstances can we accept return of garments that have been decorated, even if wrongly supplied. Please check deliveries thoroughly before decorating. It is your responsibility to ensure that the decorater of the goods is aware of this if being sent direct. Europeanwear must be notified within 3 days of receipt of goods of any errors. Garments can not be returned due to late delivery. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that Europeanwear is aware of any deadline for receipt of goods if required within 2 weeks. 2 weeks delivery is NOTguaranteed. Orders including samples are non-returnable due to the high admin costs involved, even if faulty. Garments are manufacturer in bulk and inspected before shipped from the factory. Occasionally however, a garment may vary from normal or contain a fault. If samples are to be used for production, Europeanwear kindly suggests such customers buy their goods from retail stores where returns are processed easily and swiftly. Please order samples to first check sizes, colours and ANY other requirements as garments can NOT be returned due to these issues under ANY circumstances.
